10/8/12 Daily Food Journal

Cal/Mag

Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Zucchini seasoned with 1/4 tsp turmeric, dash of basil and thyme, sea salt

Water (Buddha Relic blessed)

Lunch: Sauteed/steamed Zucchini and Broccoli with gluten-free Hoison Sauce; Homemade Applesauce

Water

Snack: Gluten-free Zucchini bread with Walnuts

Dinner: Fish tacos- fish, cilantro, lettuce, guacamole, cajun remoulade, corn tortillas
