10/15/12 Daily Food Journal

Good morning! If you haven't heard of Kris Carr and are looking for ways to implement more veggies into your diet and wanting to take a positive, proactive role in your health - visit her website! She has been managing her health with a healthy diet, lifestyle and attitude all while having a form of liver cancer that is inoperable and doesn't respond to chemo (if I'm remembering correctly...). She's great, she's healthy!
