10/2/12 Daily Food Journal

Go Green! Here is my 2nd serving of green juice for the day. Mmm mmm goodness.



It was such a busy day. I'm still working on prioritizing my days better, to be more efficient. Trying to tie up loose ends so I can move forward, clear the clutter--Yipee!

Sat down with my deck of Wisdom For Healing cards by Caroline Myss and pulled, "Expect A Miracle"- Something will come into your life that will serve your healing, so be open to it, and express gratitude when it occurs. Your goal: to know that the world becomes a vessel for the Divine when you see the Divine in all things." So true.

Dandelion Root Tea (Was it you Dandelion tea that gave me that zippy buzz of energy this morning??)

12oz Green Juice- Kale, Chard, Romaine, Celery, Cucumber, Green Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Zucchini and spices (basil, thyme, turmeric, sea salt); Potato's with Red Bell Pepper, Zucchini, Onion and spices (thyme, sea salt, ground black pepper); Turkey Bacon
Digest Basic Enzyme

Late Lunch: Rita's take-out - Green Chicken Enchiladas with Black Beans and Rice

Afternoon buzz off of Young Living Oils: Valor and Forgiveness, rubbed on the back of my aching neck--Whew!

12oz Green Juice- same as before

Snack: Homemade Applesauce :)

1/4tsp Vit. C; Cal/Mag
