10/23/12 Daily Food Journal

Milk Thistle
Pau D'Arco Tea
Emergen-C

12oz. Green Juice- Romaine, Chard, Celery, Cucumber, Apple, Ginger

Breakfast: Blueberry Soy Yogurt & Rudi's Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Toast

Lunch: Green Chicken Enchiladas with Rice and Refried Beans, dollup of guacamole and sour cream

Snack: Tortilla chips & Salsa

Dinner: Slice of Gluten-free Pizza with Chantrelle mushrooms (fresh picked), Spinach and Gruyere Cheese

Finished up with a lovely night of giving Reiki Healing Sessions-- Thank you, MORE PLEASE :)


**Note to self: So hold up on the Mexican food! I LOVE it as you can see but I think this transition into Fall has me packing on the added weight and accompanying fatigue and gall bladder discomfort with it...time to remember the healthier options that also taste good!
