Breakfast: Lemon Soy Yogurt and Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Toast

Snack: (from Co-op) Potatos with Onion & Chicken Apple Sausage links

Lunch: Chicken wings, potato wedges, green juice; later - chicken caeser salad

Snack: Junior Mints, Snack size Snickers with Almonds (Couldn't resist Halloween candy...)

Late Dinner: Southwestern Chicken stew- red and black beans, tomato and sauce, chicken, onion, red bell pepper, tortilla chips, grated cheese
