Milk Thistle
Pau D'Arco Tea
Nettles & Marshmallow Root Tea
Emergen-C

8oz. juice- Romaine, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Apple, Pear, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast: leftover Mexican casserole; Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Toast with butter

Lunch: Salad- lettuce, carrot & broccoli steamed, cucumber, kalamata olive, feta, mandarin oranges, turkey bacon, sunflower seeds, caeser dressing

Snack: Piece of Dark Chocolate with Blueberries

Dinner: Amy's Black Beans Enchilada's- tortillas, beans, corn, enchilada sauce with Corn bread, beans, cheese
