Went to a wonderful CD Release party for my friend Denise. She just released a recording of sessions on her crystal singing bowls, deep relaxation!

12oz. Green Juice- Chard, Romaine, Celery, Cucumber, Green Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Lunch: Sauteed Zucchini with Cashew Sour Cream; leftover Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Early Dinner: Mini Gluten-free pizzas (vegan with "pepperoni sausages", pesto, "cheese") samples from

6oz. Green Juice

Snack: Gluten-free Zucchini Bread with Walnuts
