Breakfast: Lemon Soy yogurt and Rudi's Gluten-free Cinnamon Raisin Toast

Lunch: Salmon Salad wrap - salmon with vegan mayo, celery, avocado, cultured veggies on brown rice tortilla

16oz Green Juice: Kale, Chard, Beet Greens, Celery, Cucumber, Gold Beet, Apple, Lemon

Dinner: Wild rice & Mushroom Pilaf; Polenta and Green Bean Casserole; Bhindi Masala Green Beans & Asparagus; Green Salad with Tofu Tahini Dressing
Water
