Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Zucchini, Broccoli, Chicken sausage, little cheese, little salsa verde, avocado

Water

Lunch: Quinoa and mixed veggies with Chicken

Snack: Dark Chocolate with Raspberry filling; Chips and Salsa verde

16oz Juice - Kale, Cucumber, Celery, Carrot, Pear, Ginger, Lemon

Dinner: Salad and leftover Quinoa with veggies and Chicken
