Tropical Tea (Rose petal, Lemongrass, Hibiscus, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Lavender) with added Nettles and Vanilla Almond Milk

Milk Thistle

Breakfast: Gluten-free English Muffin with Vegan Pesto and Cucumber slices

Lunch: Green Salad with Carrot, Yellow Pepper, Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing

Snack: Cheese Quesadilla on corn tortillas

Dinner: Sweet Potato, Shrimp, Mushroom, Broccoli, Onion with Cajun Remoulade
