Slippery Elm Bark & Marshmallow Root Tea

16oz. Juice - Red Leaf Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast: Gluten-free English Muffin with Vegan Pesto and Cucumber slices

Snack: Potato wedges; Costco samples- guacamole and tortilla chips; chicken tikka masala over basmati rice; tandoori chicken with cilantro raita (yogurt sauce)

Lunch: Chicken with Bell Pepper and Onion over White Rice & Braised Greens (chard); Green Salad- Spring Greens, Carrot, Cucumber, Garbanzo Beans, Olives, Sprouts, Parmesan, Tofu Tahini dressing

Dinner: Black Rockfish with Butter, Lemon, Sea Salt; Broccoli, Zucchini, Mushroom with Butter & Sea Salt
