10/27/12 Daily Food Journal

Milk Thistle
Rooibos Chai with unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

8 oz Juice - Romaine, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Apple, Pear, Ginger

Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Zucchini, Broccoli, little cheese, little salsa verde, avocado

Lunch: Chicken Tamal with Avocado and Salad- greens, Kalamata Olives, Parmesan, and Caeser dressing

Water

Snack: Gluten-free Crackers with Tofu Garlic & Dill Dip; Junior Mints

Dinner: Chicken and Veggie Stir-fry with Indian Masala Sauce (Trader Joes)- Brown rice, Zucchini, Broccoli, Carrot, Mushroom, Onion, Red Pepper
