Beautiful Fall morning in the mountains.



Slippery Elm Bark Tea
Nettles & Pau D'Arco Tea

Juice: 16oz. Red leaf lettuce, Cucumber, Celery, Radish, Carrot, Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Chicken & Artichoke Sausage, Zucchini

Lunch: Gluten-free English Muffin with Guacamole & Cucumber slices

Snack: Tortilla chips & Guacamole; Reed's Ginger Ale

Dinner:  Chicken Tamal with Guacamole; Green Salad- lettuce, steamed broccoli, carrots, caeser-like dressing
