9/9/12 Daily Food Journal

Flower Essence Blend
Milk Thistle

Organic Rooibos Chai
12oz Green Juice - Romaine, Chard, Cucumber, Celery, Green Apple, Carrot, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast : Gluten-free English Muffin with vegan Pesto

10oz Carrot Juice

Snack :  Organic Raw Revolution Spirulina Bar - cashews, sunflower seed kernels, dates, almonds, agave nectar, spirulina powder, sprouted flax seeds

Lunch : Madras Lentils and veggies over brown rice; veggies: broccoli, carrots, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion

Water

Dinner : Grilled Chicken Tacos; toppings: black beans, chicken (free range organic), romaine, cilantro, black olives, salsa verde, guacamole - brown rice on the side

Observation #1: Could have drank more fluids/water!

Observation #2: Smaller portions...
