Breakfast : Tofu Veggie Scramble with Turkey Bacon - tofu, broccoli, zucchini, crimini mushroom, sea salt, black pepper, guacamole, green salsa
Digest Basic Digestive Enzyme

Tea - Pau D'Arco, Roasted Dandelion, Licorice

16oz. Juice - Chard, Dandelion, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Green Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Lunch : Green salad- Romaine, Cucumber, Celery, Carrot, Mandarin Oranges, Tofu Tahini dressing, guacamole

Water

Snack : Spirulina Organic Raw Revolution Bar- cashews, sunflower seed kernel, agave nectar, dates, spirulina, sprouted flax seed

Water

Dinner : Madras Lentils with Carrot, Zucchini, Grilled Chicken over white Basmati rice
