Busy day.....

Flower Essence Blend
Milk Thistle

12oz juice - Romaine, Chard, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Green Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast: Gluten-free English Muffin with vegan Pesto

Rooibos Chai Tea

Snack : Organic Raw Revolution Spirulina Bar - cashews, dates, sunflower seed kernels, agave nectar, almonds, spirulina powder, sprouted flax seed

Lunch : Caeser Salad - romaine, parmesan cheese, caeser dressing (store bought), grilled chicken

Dinner: Grilled chicken Sausage (w/ cheese/pepper); Zucchini "spaghetti" w/garlic, olive oil, kalamata olives, salt, pepper; baked sweet potato slices
