Snack: Gluten-free crackers & Garlic/Artichoke Hummus
Dinner: Lentil Soup with veggies- lentils, carrot, celery, green beans, broccoli, red onion, garlic, og chicken broth, water

1/4tsp Vit C
1/2 cup Warm Turmeric Almond Milk- 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 c almond milk, splash of agave syrup (boil down)
Foot rub w/ Lavendar Oil in Almond carrier oil
