Milk Thistle

Breakfast : Gluten-free English Muffin with vegan Pesto and Cucumber slices

Water

Lunch : Mermaid Roll Sushi - rice, nori, soft shell crab, salmon, ahi tuna, avocado, roe, sriracha aioli, green onion

Snack : small serving leftover veggies and madras lentils

Apple Juice

12oz Juice - Romaine, Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Green Apple, Ginger

Dinner : Chicken Tamal & Tortilla Soup- chicken, tortilla chips, veggies
Digest Basic Enzyme
