9/6/12 Daily Food Journal

Flower Essence Blend
1/4 tsp Sodium Bicarbonate

12oz Juice - Kale, Chard, Romaine, Carrot, Beet, Green Apple, Ginger, Lemon

Breakfast : Gluten-free English Muffin with vegan Pesto and Cucumber slices

Water

RAGING HEADACHE...Migraine, nausea  (too alkaline, too much sodium with SB?)

NO lunch

Dinner : Berry Smoothie with raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, vanilla almond milk, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 tsp Spirulina, 1/4 tsp flax seed meal

Felt MUCH better

Snack : Gluten-free crackers and vegan Pesto

I said no supps or teas for a few days didn't I? Hmmm....
