9/17/12 Daily Food Journal

Good Morning! This beautiful bowl of veggies and apples makes 48 oz of Juice. Not a bad way to get in those much needed daily servings. I love seeing all the vibrant colors and knowing that I am taking in LIVE food. Today's juice was for two!

Flower Essence Blend
Milk Thistle

12oz Juice - Chard, Romaine, Cucumber, Celery, Carrot, Green Apple, Ginger, Lime

Breakfast : Gluten-free English Muffin with Guacamole, Lox, and Larripun (sweet mustard dill sauce)
Digest Basic Enzyme

Water

Lunch : Small Quesadilla on Corn Tortilla with Jack Cheese, Salsa Verde and Guacamole

12oz. Juice - same as before

Snack : several Kalamata Olives

Dinner : Grilled Chicken Caeser Salad - Organic, free-range chicken, Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, Caeser dressing; Griled Chicken, Sauteed Portobello Mushroom and Zucchini with Gluten-free Teriyaki Sauce, Salt, Thyme and pinch of Cumin over Brown Rice
Basic Digest Enzyme
