Breakfast : Gluten-free English Muffin with vegan Pesto and Cucumber slices

Lunch : leftover Black Beans, Green Chile, Zucchini with Guacamole

Headache...GB/Liver ache..

Snack: Fresh figs; Blueberry LaraBar

Dinner : Madras Lentils with steamed Carrot, Broccoli, Zucchini, Sunburst Squash, Baby Bok Choy and Ginger over Wide Rice Noodles
