After a couple of days spent in the coastal fog I opted for a drive inland to the sun and 80 degree weather...glad I did! Its official - I love sunshine :)
Would anyone like to comment on the following... What do you do to beat the gray-weather-blues? aka SAD?

Observation #1: Exhausted feeling even with 7-8 hours of sleep - effects of alcohol intake and different foods.
Observation #2: Went for a walk on a steep incline. Out of shape.
